tablespoons of hot milk froth
fresh mint leaf, chopped
scoop of raspberry ice cream

How to make !
Prepare the milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother, add the fresh mint leaf, and set aside
Prepare the capsule of either Arpeggio or Decaffeinato Intenso Grand in espresso (40 ml / 15 oz)
Carefully add the ice cream scoop
Top it with the mint flavoured milk froth to finish
Serve immediately
